Why are no transactions coming through for my business?
Have you just signed up to Swipii and haven’t seen any transactions yet? This is probably because your customers haven’t downloaded the Swipii app yet. Get in touch with your Account Manager and let’s do something about that! We can help boost your business on social media, or give your staff more material to share with customers and get them signed up.
Or, did you have transactions coming through previously and they’ve suddenly stopped? Occasionally, we have delays in transactions coming from Visa and/or Mastercard so it might be that. Other things will stop transactions tracking, such as changing your card machine. Let your Account Manager know and we’ll look into it for you.
