What happens when a customer has lost their card?
If a customer has lost their card, then they can pick up a new one at any Swipii location. The customer then scans the card and enters the same email as used on the original, and will then be asked to link the new card to their account.
For security purposes, if the customer selects 'Yes' then they will need to select a verification link in the confirmation email that will be sent before this new card can become active. The old card will then be deactivated.
