I’ve changed my card machine, what do I need to do?

If you change your payment provider, you’ll need to let us know as soon as possible, as you’ll probably need to update us with your new Merchant ID (MID). We need the MID to track when customers make a purchase in your business, so it’s important to keep this up-to-date. Just contact your Account Manager or email the Customer Success Team at hello@swipiicard.com!
